OR IF YOU'VE SEEN THE CITY DURING THE 4TH OF JULY.
WITH CONSIDERATIONS FOR ALTERNATIVE TRAVEL BESIDES VEHICLES, IT BECAME VERY POPULAR.
SO THIS HAS BECOME AN EXTREMELY POPULAR THING ALL THROUGHOUT AND AN EXTREMELY USEFUL THING.

BUT THEY'RE USUALLY THEY WERE OPERATING AT A LEVEL OF DEFENSIVE RIDING THAT WAS MUCH MORE CONSIDERABLE THAN SOMEBODY WHO'S IN MIDDLE SCHOOL OR HIGH SCHOOL.
E-BIKES CAN GET UPWARDS OF 20, 25 MILES AN HOUR, MAYBE EVEN 30, WITH A HILL HELPING.
THAT WOULD KEEP YOU SAFE. WHERE CAN YOU RIDE? YOU'RE TECHNICALLY ENTITLED TO THE ROADWAY. BICYCLES PER THE CALIFORNIA STATE LAW, WOULD BE LEGAL ON A ROADWAY AND IT WOULD IN THEORY, BE PROHIBITED ON A SIDEWALK.
BUT WE'RE NOT GOING TO ASK THAT YOU RIDE YOUR BIKE ON PCH OR SOMETHING.
WE WOULD ENCOURAGE SIDEWALK RIDING WHERE IT'S A MUCH MORE SAFER ALTERNATIVE.
WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE YOUR JUDGMENT ON A SAFE ALTERNATIVE.
