WE WERE NO PUN INTENDED, UNDERWATER IN THE TIDELANDS FUND LAST FISCAL YEAR.

WE'VE HAD A COUPLE OF FESTIVAL RENTALS IN THE LAGOON.
OBVIOUSLY, BEACH LIFE IS COMING UP. WE'RE, WE'RE IN CONVERSATIONS WITH SOME OTHER ACTIVITIES.
SO WE'RE, WE'RE SEEING SPECIAL EVENTS OCCUR IN THE WATERFRONT, STIMULATE ADDITIONAL PARKING, STIMULATE BUSINESS IN THE AREA. SO WE FEEL SOMEWHAT BULLISH ON KIND OF THE POSITIVE ENERGY THAT'S OCCURRING IN THE WATERFRONT BUT WE STILL HAVE SIGNIFICANT EXPENSES.
AND THOSE REVENUES AREN'T YET QUITE BEYOND OUR ANNUAL PRO FORMA.
RIGHT. WE'VE GOT PUBLIC WORKS PERSONNEL, WE'VE GOT WATERFRONT PERSONNEL, WE HAVE OUR FIRE ASSIGNED FIRE PERSONNEL, AND WE HAVE OUR ASSIGNED POLICE PERSONNEL, OUR MARINE ENFORCEMENT UNIT DOWN THERE. SO THERE ARE A LOT OF DRAWS ON THOSE FUNDS.
WE ARE FINISHING OUT THAT LAST PROJECT. NOW, IN THE SECOND DECK OF THE PIER PARKING STRUCTURE THERE ABOVE THE OLD FACTORY SITE, THAT PROJECT WAS GENERALLY FUNDED, YOU MIGHT RECALL TO TO YOUR POINT, ROGER, ABOUT YOU KNOW, HAVING HAD SOME SUCCESS IN, IN ALLOCATING GENERAL FUND RESOURCES TO THE WATERFRONT, THAT WAS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THAT.

I THINK WE'RE GOING TO TRY TO FIND A WAY TO SCOPE THE PROJECT WITHIN THAT, THAT FUNDING ALLOCATION.
