RECOMMENDATION:
1. Open the public hearing, take testimony, and conduct deliberations;
2. Close the public hearing; and
3. Adopt a resolution by title only approving the Conditional Use Permit, Planning Commission Design Review, and Subdivision (Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 82707) subject to the findings and conditions contained therein to permit the construction of a 36-unit residential condominium project known as "The Foundry".

RECOMMENDATION: Review and discuss the Draft Artesia and Aviation Corridors Area Plan (AACAP), accept any public comments, and continue the review and discussion to the August 20, 2020 Planning Commission meeting to allow the public and the Planning Commission additional time to review and comment on the AACAP during the pandemic.
